Damaged Item Returns
If you receive a damaged item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Return Requirements for Damaged Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number and description of the damage
- Items must be returned with all original packaging
How to Report Damage
To report a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will review your claim and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds for Damaged Items
Once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or send you a replacement piece if in stock at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Returns are only accepted for damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-damage related reasons. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
